47SIn section 80(1) of the Self-Governing Schools etc. (Scotland) Act 1989 (interpretation), in the definition of “parent”, for the words “the actual custody” substitute “ parental responsibilities (within the meaning of section 1(3) of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995) in relation to him or has care ”.
