17SAny enactment repealed by this Act which has been amended by any provision of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 which has not been brought into force at the commencement of this Act shall, notwithstanding such repeal, continue to have effect until such provision is brought into force as if it had not been so repealed or amended.
