35 U.K. In subsection (2) of section 92 of the Animal Health Act 1981, for the words “section 284 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 7(6) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
