68U.K.In subsection (8) of section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, for the words from “and section 452(4)(a) to (e)” to the end there shall be substituted the words “ and section 182(5)(a) to (e) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 shall apply to an appeal under this subsection as it applies to a stated case under Part X of that Act ”.
