8U.K.In subsection (1) of section 11 of the European Communities Act 1972 (making a false statement before the European Court) for the words “section 1 of the False Oaths (Scotland) Act 1933” there shall be substituted the words “ section 44(1) of the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
