34 U.K.In subsection (14) of section 167 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980, in paragraph (b) of the definition of “the statutory maximum” for the words “section 289B of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 225(8) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
