Protection of Trading Interests Act 1980 (c. 11) U.K.

27 U.K.In subsection (5) of section 3 of the Protection of Trading Interests Act 1980, in paragraph (b) for the words “section 289B of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 225(8) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
