5 U.K.In section 8(1)(b) of the Backing of Warrants (Republic of Ireland) Act 1965 (rules of court), for the words “section 457ZA of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 306 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
