51 U.K.In subsection (1) of section 16C of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (sheriff’s jurisdiction), for the words “section 287 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 9 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
