46In Schedule 1 to the Industrial Development Act 1982, in paragraph 4(2) for the words “section 331 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 136 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
