59 U.K.In subsection (4) of section 26 of the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986, for the words “section 331 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 136 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
