SCHEDULE 4 Minor and Consequential Amendments

Banking Act 1987 (c. 22)

67 (1)

The Banking Act 1987 shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (3) of section 97, for the words “section 331 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 136 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”

(3)

In subsection (4) of section 98, for the words “section 74 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 70 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
