68In subsection (8) of section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, for the words from “and section 452(4)(a) to (e)” to the end there shall be substituted the words “and section 182(5)(a) to (e) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 shall apply to an appeal under this subsection as it applies to a stated case under Part X of that Act”.
