84U.K.In subsection (5) of section 107 of the Friendly Societies Act 1992 (prosecution time limit), for the words “section 331(1) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ section 136(1) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 ”.
