In Part II of the Gas Act 1965 for the words “public gas supplier”, in each place where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “ public gas transporter ”.

In subsection (2) of section 32 of that Act, for the words “public gas supplier” there shall be substituted the words “public gas transporter” .

In paragraph 14(1) of Schedule 2 to that Act, for the words “public gas suppliers” there shall be substituted the words “ public gas transporters ”.
