Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 (c.66) E+W+S

13 E+W+S In paragraph (a) of subsection (4) of section 70 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 (supplies by utilities), for the words “public gas supplier” there shall be substituted the words “ gas supplier ”.
