7 Inalienability of awards.

(1)

Every assignment (or, in Scotland, assignation) of, or charge on, an award and every agreement to assign or charge an award shall be void.

(2)

On the bankruptcy of a person in whose favour an award is made (or, in Scotland, on the sequestration of such a person’s estate), the award shall not pass to any trustee or other person acting on behalf of his creditors.
