In section 3(7) of the Allotments Act 1922 (provision as to cottage holdings and certain allotments), after “landlord” there shall be inserted “otherwise than under a farm business tenancy (within the meaning of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995)”.

In section 6(1) of that Act (assessment and recovery of compensation), after “contract of tenancy” there shall be inserted “(not being a farm business tenancy within the meaning of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995)”.
