[F1F25E+WThe members of the Metropolitan Police Authority referred to in paragraph 1(1)(c) or (2)(c)—
(a)must be magistrates for commission areas which are wholly or partly within the metropolitan police district, and
(b)shall be appointed by the person or body responsible for the appointment of members of the Greater London Magistrates’ Courts Authority under regulations made under section 30B of the Justices of the M1Peace Act 1997.]
