19E+W+SIn section 15(5)(b) of the Superannuation Act 1972 for “section 34 or 35 of the Police Act 1964” there shall be substituted “ section 51 or 52 of the Police Act 1996 ”.
20U.K.Schedule 1 to that Act shall continue to have effect with the following entry (originally inserted by paragraph 7(1) of Schedule 4 to the M1Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984) in the list of “Other Bodies”— “ Police Complaints Authority ”.
