Employment Tribunals Act 1996, Cross Heading: The Transport Act 1968 (c.73) is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 02 March 2025. 1E+W+SSection 135(4)(b) of the Transport Act 1968 shall continue to have effect with the substitution (originally made by paragraph 6 of Schedule 16 to the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978) of “ an [F1employment tribunal] ” for the words from “a tribunal" to the end.
