The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 is amended as follows.

In section 8(7), for “paragraph 6A of Schedule 9 to the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978" substitute “ section 14 of F1the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 ”.

In section 9(2)(a), for “paragraph 1 of Schedule 3" substitute “ section 18 of F1the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 ”.
