3In section 75(5)(c) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, for “regulations made under paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 to the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978" substitute “ industrial tribunal procedure regulations under Part I of the Industrial Tribunals Act 1996 ”.
