This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
(1)The Secretary of State may by regulations make provision for the establishment of tribunals to be known as industrial tribunals.
(2)Regulations made wholly or partly under section 128(1) of the [1978 c. 44.] Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978 and in force immediately before this Act comes into force shall, so far as made under that provision, continue to have effect (until revoked) as if made under subsection (1); and the tribunals established in pursuance of such regulations shall continue to be known as industrial tribunals.
