11 E+W+N.I. In section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (miscellaneous definitions), for the definition of “arbitrator” substitute—

““arbitrator” has the same meaning as in Part I of the Arbitration Act 1996;”.
