Arbitration Act 1996

30 U.K. In Schedule 3 to the Industry Act (arbitration of disputes relating to vesting and compensation orders), in paragraph 14 (application of certain provisions of Arbitration Acts)—

(a) for “the Arbitration Act 1950 or, in Northern Ireland, the Arbitration Act (Northern Ireland) 1937” substitute “ Part I of the Arbitration Act 1996 ”, and

(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
