E1Sch. 4 extends to Northern Ireland but the operation of Sch. 4 is limited by application as mentioned in s. 79(4)
14U.K.In section 21(3) for paragraph (e) substitute—
“(e)the indictment is presented (where this Part applies by virtue of section 1(2)(e))”.
