Section 21 (reversioner’s counter-notice) shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (3)(d), for “the person who owns the freehold of the specified premises, or any other” there shall be substituted “ any ”.

In subsection (4), for “the person who owns the freehold of the specified premises or of any other” there shall be substituted “ any ”.
