The landlord may only bring an introductory tenancy to an end by obtaining F1

a

an order of the court for the possession of the dwelling-house, and

b

the execution of the order.

In such a case, the tenancy ends when the order is executed.

The court shall make F3an order of the kind mentioned in subsection (1)(a) unless the provisions of section 128 apply.
