10 U.K.In section 605 of the Housing Act 1985 (consideration by local housing authority of housing conditions in their district), for subsection (1)(e) substitute—

“(e) Part I of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (grants, &c. for renewal of private sector housing).”.
