3In section 48(3A) of the Housing Act 1985 (information as to relevant costs: grant), for the words from “Part XV” to the end substitute “section 523 of the Housing Act 1985 (assistance for provision of separate service pipe for water supply) or any provision of Chapter I of Part I of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (grants for renewal of private sector housing) or any corresponding earlier enactment”.
