118 Power to pay allowances to persons attending hearings.U.K.
[F1OFCOM] may, if they think fit, make to any person who attends them in connection with a fairness complaint F2... such payments as they think fit by way of travelling allowance or subsistence allowance where expenditure on travelling or, as the case may be, on subsistence is necessarily incurred by him for the purpose of enabling him so to attend.
