SCHEDULE 14 Staffing of county, controlled and special agreement schools with delegated budgets

Nothing in paragraphs 18, 19 and 21 to 27 applies in relation to the appointment of a person to work at the school, or in relation to a person so employed, where—
(a)
the person concerned is to be, or is, employed to work solely in connection with the provision of meals, and
(b)
less than 50 per cent. of the person’s remuneration will be, or is, met from the school’s delegated budget.
