14U.K.In this Schedule—
“disabled child” means a child who has a disability for the purposes of the [F2Equality Act 2010] , and “disability” is to be construed accordingly;
“qualifying school” has the same meaning as it has for the purposes of Schedule 35B;
“scheme authority”, in relation to a school travel scheme, means the [F3local authority] by which the scheme is made;
“walking distance” has the meaning given by section 444(5).]
