51(1)Section 17(4) of that Act (statutory undertakers) shall have effect with the following amendment instead of that made by section 11 of the M1Education Act 1993.U.K.
(2)After paragraph (aa) of the definition of “statutory undertakers” there is inserted—
“(ab)
the Funding Agency for Schools,
(ac)
the Schools Funding Council for Wales,”.
