69U.K.In section 139A(6) and (7) of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (as amended by the Offensive Weapons Act 1996), for “section 14(5) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992” there is substituted “ section 4 of the Education Act 1996 ”.
