Education Act 1996, Cross Heading: Children and Young Persons Act 1969 (c. 54) is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 08 March 2025. 15In section 12C(3) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969 (requirements as to education) for “the Education Act 1944” there is substituted “ the Education Act 1996 ”.
16In section 19(17) of that Act (facilities for the carrying out of supervisor’s directions etc.) for “the Education Act 1944” there is substituted “ the Education Act 1996 ”.
