Agriculture (Safety, Health and Welfare Provisions) Act 1956 (c. 49)E+W
134E+WIn section 24(1) of the Agriculture (Safety, Health and Welfare Provisions) Act 1956 (interpretation) in the definition of “young person”, for “for the purposes of the Education Act 1944” there is substituted “ (construed in accordance with section 8 of the Education Act 1996) ”.
