42U.K.In its application to a person who, immediately before 31st March 1995, was a member of the legal panel appointed under paragraph 1 of Schedule 6 to the Education Act 1944, paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 34 to this Act has effect subject to Schedule 7 to the Judicial Pensions and M1Retirement Act 1993 (transitional provisions), as well as to section 26(4) to (6) of that Act.
