Education Act 1996, Cross Heading: Variation of special agreements is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 03 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
2(1)A special agreement may be varied by a further agreement between the local education authority and the governors of the school to which it relates, or in such other manner (if any) as may be specified in the agreement.
(2)Sub-paragraph (1) has effect subject to the requirements of paragraph 3.
