Identification and assessment of children with special educational needs
327C2 Access for F4local authority to certain schools.

This section applies where—
a
a F4local authority maintain a statement for a child under section 324, and
2
Any person authorised by the F4local authority shall be entitled to have access at any reasonable time to the premises of any such school for the purpose of monitoring the special educational provision made in pursuance of the statement for the child at the school.
