[F1336A Compliance with ordersE+W
(1)If the Tribunal makes an order, the [F2local authority] concerned must comply with the order before the end of the prescribed period beginning with the date on which it is made.
[F3(2)In subsection (1), “prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made—
(a)as to orders of [F4the First-tier Tribunal] , by the Secretary of State,
(b)as to orders of [F5the Welsh Tribunal, by the Welsh Ministers] with the agreement of the Secretary of State.]]
