Work No. 10A—U.K.A railway (1,732 metres in length), partly for construction purposes, commencing at the seaward end of the existing Swanscombe Jetty, passing south-eastwards from that jetty and terminating by a junction with the railway (Work No. 10B) at a point 40 metres south-east of the intended bridge (Work No. 10K) carrying Galley Hill Road over that railway;
