A railway (1,445 metres in length) commencing by a junction with the railway (Work No. 10C) 7 metres north-west of the southern portal of the intended tunnel by which that railway passes beneath the North Kent Railway, passing south-eastwards on the eastern side of Work No. 10C, then under that railway and continuing on the western side of the railway (Work No. 10), under the new road (Work No. 10S(1)) and terminating by a junction with Work No. 10 at a point 5 metres north of the commencement of the said intended viaduct carrying that railway over the River Ebbsfleet;
