Work No. 15L—U.K.A road for access to premises on the eastern side of the existing A20 commencing by a junction with the A20 (Work No. 15K) at a point on its eastern side 205 metres south-east of its commencement, passing eastwards, then south-eastwards and terminating by a junction with the remaining part of the existing road at a point 285 metres south-east of the commencement of Work No. 15K;
