In its application to the discharge of water into the canal, paragraph 9(5) of Schedule 2 to this Act shall have effect subject to the terms of any conditions attached to the consent under paragraph 6(2) above and, where such discharge includes a deposit to which consent has been given under paragraph 6(1) above, to any conditions attached to that consent.
