22U.K.In paragraph (a) of section 821(1) of that Act (under-deductions from payments made before passing of annual Act to be charged under Case VI of Schedule D), for the words from “under Schedule D in respect” to the end of the paragraph there shall be substituted “ under Case III of Schedule D in respect of those payments; and ”.
