22In the definition of “protected informant” in paragraph 1(1) of Part III of Schedule 7A to the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, for “as defined in section 84(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “within the meaning of section 123(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997”.
