In sections 28(8)(a), 29(9)(a) and 34(5) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, for “Part III of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ Part III of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 ”.

In section 70A(1) of that Act, for “section 269 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” substitute “ section 271 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 ”.
