43In Schedule 4 to the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989, in paragraph 2, for “Section 219 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972” and “the 1972 Act” substitute respectively “Section 224 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997” and “the 1997 Act”.
